Inclusion and count-treatment rules for the Packrift public resource registry.
Count treatment: this registry is an owned Packrift discovery asset. New registry pages count only as owned public URL/mention surface. Existing URLs referenced inside registry data are not re-counted as new owned URLs, and no listed host is counted as a third-party referring domain unless an external tool or public third-party surface verifies that separately.
Inclusion Rules
Local evidence folder has a public sitemap with Packrift-owned public URLs.
Primary host belongs to Packrift-owned public infrastructure such as Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, GitHub Pages, or Packrift domains.
Registry output uses execution folder names and status filenames only; it does not expose absolute local paths.
Public data describes resource location, sitemap scale, sidecar availability, and ledger role. It does not publish protected account, order, or finance data.
